The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will systemically and physically receive, dispatch and stock Sombra merchandise in our warehouse as raw material and component inventory arrives in accordance with process requirements. The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will issue, transfer, restock and dispose of inventory items (components, raw materials, finished goods) in coordination with the Manufacturing and Quality teams. Using the company’s ERP software system and documentation records, the Warehouse Inventory Coordinator will track, monitor and document all inventory activities. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Overseeing Warehouse operations.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures for Warehouse processes.
  • Implementing and overseeing Warehouse security operations.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of Warehouse equipment, i.e., ensuring all Warehouse Scissor and Forklifts are inspected regularly and all users are certified.
  • Ensuring safety of Warehouse staff, per OSHA / GMP requirements.
  • Collaborating with Purchasing and Manufacturing to optimize inventory management.
  • Supporting GMP duties, including receiving goods and managing stock rotation.
  • Conducting cycle / inventory counts and reconciling data to ensure system accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of Warehouse activities.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
  • Assisting with deliveries where required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 3+ years Warehouse experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management / inventory controls.
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts and forklifts effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with an inventory management system.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
  • Stand for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Follow all GMP, OSHA, FDA and Sombra policies without exception.

This position is offered at $22.00 per hour as a full-time position (M-F, 7:30-4:30).
